    Does Plaquenil actually work for you? autoimmunity They had my on plaquenil initially for seronegative RA and it didn't help with my symptoms - I also had similar side effects and lost some hair which isn't ideal when you're 21 lol I'm on methotrexate now and I have some GI side effects and brain fog and whatnot, but they're tolerable.
