    Had to stop taking Plaquenil - I have never taken Plaquenil, but I do manage without it. I starting with taking 2 evening in primrose 1300 and then needed to go to 4. I also worked my way up with fish oil to 4 a day. For the inflammation I take Tumeric Curcumin 500mg at 4 a day.
